For my second cruise vacation, we departed from Copenhagen in late June. We only had a half day to explore the city before boarding the ship. One day I’d like to return for a longer stay in this city of design!

Architecture Fieldtrip - MAK Center for Art and Architecture, 3 Works by R.M. Schindler

The MAK Center is a unique constellation of modern buildings designed by architect R.M. Schindler: the landmark Schindler House (1922) in West Hollywood, the Mackey Apartments (1939) in Los Angeles, and the Fitzpatrick-Leland House (1936) in Laurel Canyon.
